If the cottage is available we are happy
to take bookings for 1 or 2 nights. We can only take
short breaks at peak times if we have late availability.
Our change over day for weekly bookings is Saturday.

Booking Conditions
A 20% deposit is required on booking. The balance is due 1 month proir to the arrival date.
If it is a late availability booking we would require full payment. Credit cards payments can be
taken but will be charged at 3% amount and £1.20 per transaction. If no deposit is received
within 14 days we will cancel the reservation.
Arrival is after 3pm and departure is by 10am.
Pets
Well behaved dogs are welcome. We would just ask that they not be allowed on the beds,
settees or carpets. Only 2 rooms have carpets, the twin room and the living room. We charge £10
extra for a dog. We do have a local kennel, about 3 miles from the cottage. They charge £10 per
night for a dog. If you choose to use the kennels, you could always pick your dog up to take it out

Cancellation
Please let us know if you need to cancel. We will return the payment if we are able to re-let
the cottage.
